This project will transform the building into seven new homes, a modern commercial space, and ensure its preservation for future generations.Our client’s vision was to maintain commercial use on the ground floor while exploring development potential for the rest of the property. To achieve this, our design interventions focus on remodelling the internal layout and roof form to maximize usable floor space.
