T2S are delighted to be involved with this exciting project to deliver 21 apartments at this North London address. Planning was achieved by Founding Director Tom Slater during his time at 21st Architecture Ltd. Works are due to start on-site at the turn of the year, with a completion date in the middle of 2023.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
