Planning consent has been awarded for a project T2S have worked on for some time in Whetstone, North London.
The original refusal was appealed but the inspectorate retained the refusal, albeit with reduced reasons for refusal. A subsequent amended planning was submitted, dealing with all outstanding querues, with the consent awarded via commitee.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
