The event was held by the contractor, Myco Contracts Ltd, to celebrate the completion of the concrete frame upto the 5th floor roof. Needless to say the building is starting to take shape as the works enter the cladding stage.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
